First get the plans: Axworthy Flying Ghost
| We're using a (Dayton Gearmotor, AC, 60rpm) fromGrainger with a 4" pully and a round belt fromMcMaster-Carr (last year we used a box fan motor) |  |  | ||
| mounted on a 2x4.Nylon kite string is used as the transport line, or fishing line. The rest is a matter of trial & ERROR!. |  |  | ||
| Remember; "Eveything works in theory." Once built much testing at low elevation is a good idea. It makes repairs easier. | ||||
